This fabulous character - the March Hare is created by R. John Wright just as he was at the Mad Tea-Party.  He is handsomely dressed in a tailored fully-lined felt jacket and polka dot waistcoat over striped trousers.  They certainly make a wonderful pair of all-time favourite storybook characters.
