In order to facilitate our layaway arrangement and ordering system we are now applying certain criteria to ensure that collectors receive their matched number pieces and pre-ordered requirements.

At the time of order a deposit will be taken along with credit/debit card details. As soon as the requested item arrives in store the balance due will be taken and the item will be shipped to you. Alternatively, you may, of course wish to collect from the store. If you would like to pay by post dated cheques, this can also be arranged.

If you would like to take advantage of layaway, payments will commence at the time of order. Extended terms can be arranged if there is to be a long lead time before your order arrives. Extended terms over four months may not be available once the product is in stock.

In the event of you cancelling your order a 20% restocking fee will be charged. No money can be refunded, but any amount over and above the 20% cancellation fee can be used as a credit in store.
